Annual Fees

School fees are divided into termly installments payable in advance and due by the first day of each term.
Fees are inclusive of tuition, snacks and lunch, school co-curricular activities, most excursions and ambulance service.
Fees are denominated in USD.

Sibling Discounts

A reduction of 5% of the term’s fee is given on the 1st sibling and 7.5% on the 2nd sibling and every subsequent child enrolled into the school and will apply to the siblings in the lower classes, provided the child in enrolled on full time basis.

Early Payment Discount

A discount of 5% is given when full payment of the annual fees is made on or before the first day of the academic year.

Application Fee

A non-refundable Application Fee of USD 50 is payable when a completed Application Form is submitted to the School.

Admissions Fee

A non-refundable Admission Fee of USD 350 is payable to confirm a place at the School upon acceptance of the written Letter of Offer.

Security Deposit

A refundable Security Deposit, equivalent to one term’s fees, is payable at the same time as the Admissions Fee.
This deposit will be refunded when a pupil leaves the School, subject to the required notice being given.

Notice of Withdrawal

A full term’s notice is required when a pupil leaves the school, or when a place that is accepted is cancelled.

Lunch and Break-time Snacks

Healthy and balanced lunches and snacks are prepared daily on the school premises by our catering company. Special dietary requirements are catered for, including vegetarian meals.
Lunch is served Monday to Thursday to Playgroup Extended; Playgroup Full day; FS1 , FS2 and Year 1
Lunch is served Monday to Friday to Year 2, 3, 4 & 5

The School reserves the right to alter the fees and terms & conditions, subject to reasonable notice being given.

A 5% reduction in the term’s fee is offered for the first sibling, and a 7.5% reduction for the second sibling and each subsequent child enrolled in the school. These discounts apply to siblings in lower classes, provided the children are enrolled on a full-time basis.

Assessment Fee

Following registration, prospective students will be invited to complete an age-appropriate assessment to evaluate their academic and personal aptitudes. A non-refundable Assessment Fee of USD 50 will apply at this time.

Security Deposit

A refundable Security Deposit, equivalent to one term’s fees, is payable at the same time as the Acceptance Fee.
This deposit will be refunded when a student leaves the school, provided the required notice is given.

Meals

For the 2025/26 academic year, school fees for all year groups will include meals.

Notice of Withdrawal

A full term’s notice is required if a student leaves the school or if an accepted place is cancelled.

Following registration, prospective students will be invited to sit an age-appropriate assessment to evaluate their academic and personal aptitudes. A non-refundable assessment fee of $50 will be applicable at this time.

Meals

Meals will be provided to the Pre-prep school (Little Durham – Year 1).
Lunch is served Monday to Thursday to Playgroup Extended; Playgroup Full day; FS1, FS2 and Year 1.
For the Prep and Senior school (Year 2 and above), healthy and balanced lunches and snacks are available for purchase. These meals are provided by an independent catering company engaged by the School.
Students in Year 2 and above may bring their own meal and snacks. Please note that both campuses are nut-free zones.

Discounts

Security Deposit

A refundable Security Deposit, equivalent to one term’s fees, up to a maximum of USD 4,500, is payable at the same time as the Acceptance Fee.
This deposit will be refunded when a student leaves the School, subject to the required notice being given.

Notice of Withdrawal

A full term’s notice is required when a student leaves the school, or when a place that is accepted is cancelled. A full term’s fee is payable in lieu of notice – this may be off set against the security deposit where applicable.

Transport

Bus services are available to and from neighbourhoods across Nairobi, including Karen, Lavington/Kileleshwa, and Rosslyn/Runda, among others. Please contact the School for further details.
