Kathy joined Durham International School in April 2025, bringing with her over 25 years of experience in education. She has held senior leadership roles at several prestigious HMC independent day and boarding schools, including Shrewsbury School and Stowe School. In 2016, she founded Pair Education, a consultancy providing strategic guidance to independent schools in the UK, Switzerland, and Asia. Her work has included the development and delivery of a diploma course in Admissions Management, designed for both UK-based schools and leading international school groups. More recently, Kathy’s consultancy work in Kenya has given her valuable insight into the needs and aspirations of families in and around Nairobi, further enriching her global perspective on education.
